Account Manager

Salary: £36,500 to £46,500 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join VoiceAbility on a three-month fixed-term basis, providing short-term additional capacity within our commercial team. 

This is a role for someone who can get up to speed quickly and add value from day one. You will manage relationships with commissioners and stakeholders across an allocated contract portfolio, acting as a confident and knowledgeable point of contact for VoiceAbility. 

Depending on timing and requirements, there may be opportunity to support the mobilisation of newly secured contracts, though the primary focus of the role is ongoing account management and relationship management. 

Day to day, you will share performance intelligence with partners, identify opportunities for service development through stakeholder engagement, and work alongside Operations Managers on staffing and resource allocation. You will take routine decisions on compliance and operational matters to ensure services consistently meet their contractual and financial targets.

About you 

You will have demonstrable experience in an Account Manager or similar role, have a clear understanding of advocacy, reporting skills using PowerBI, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance and financial data and understanding of commissioning, public sector delivery frameworks and impact / outcome based services.

How are staff supported to work remotely?  

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).   

 

VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.
