We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our People team. This generalist role will work closely with the Operational and Support Teams and Managers to deliver a comprehensive and professional HR service. 

As a HR Business Partner, you will guide and support all areas to manage change smoothly and ensure that we retain motivated teams that play their part in delivering excellent care and outcomes to our clients.

About you 
You will have extensive experience as a HR Business Partner / Generalist position- ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent experience. You will have worked alongside managers previously influencing, coaching and advising them to support them to make the right decisions for employees and for the organisation. You will have clear, strong knowledge of employment legislation, case law and understand upcoming employment law changes.

As a HR Business at VoiceAbility, you will play a central role in empowering the organisation to delivery it's mission- ensuring people are heard and respected. You will work in partnership with the wider People Directorate; ensuring the delivery of people plans in own area of responsibility by driving the implementation of key activities and initiatives.

How are staff supported to work remotely? 
When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs). 
VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, staff forums and communities of practice depending on the role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.
